Seminario internacional sobre microbiota intestinal, salud y probióticos

Estará a cargo del Dr. Seppo Salminen de Finlandia.

 

El Seminario internacional estará a cargo del Dr. Seppo Salminen (Functional Foods Forum, Universidad de Turku, Finlandia) y tratará sobre microbiota intestinal, salud y regulación de
probióticos en la Unión Europea.
El Dr. Salminen participó en el desarrollo de alimentos conteniendo Lactobacillus GG, una bacteria probiótica ampliamente estudiada y utilizada en diferentes alimentos a nivel mundial.

10:45-11:45 hs Issues of probiotics and probiotics related to health claims in the European Union.
