Cancellation Policy
The RCEM Local Organizing Committee must receive your cancellation request in writing or via email.
A refund, minus USD 50 processing fee, will be issued if the cancellation request is received by July 17, 2009.

Full Registration
Fee includes access to the Opening Reception on Sunday 20th, 2009,
technical and poster sessions, daily refreshments, 5 lunches and 4
dinners, a trip to Old Santa Fe town (Cayastá), and one set of
conference proceedings. Registrations will not be processed without full payment and registrant's full name.
To qualify for the Member rate you must be a member in good standing of IAHR.
Students' Fee
Includes all of the above except Monday, Sept 21st dinner and Conference Banquet on Thursday, Sept 24th (optional 1 at u$25, and optional 2 at u$40).
Students must FAX a copy of valid student ID to 54-342-4575-224 and support letter from research supervisor.
Bring valid ID to the Conference at time of registration.
The organizers will provide a reduced conference registration fee for participants from economically disadvantaged countries.
The applicants should send their inquiries and applications (with a brief motivation) to rcem2009@unl.edu.ar.
The subject text of your email should be: "RCEM2009, application for support, YOUR NAME"
The applications should be received before May 15, 2009. Preference will be given to authors presenting their work at the conference, orally or by poster.
The applicants will be informed by the organizers, as to whether their request for a reduced fee was granted, before May 30, 2009.
Information regarding Hotels availability and their location within the city is posted in "Hotel Reservation", under the "Santa Fe City" tab. Hotel's rates will be posted soon.
