Employability and quality work force is promoted along with development and innovation. With that purpose, we build bridges between providers (enterprises, institutions and organizations) and the applicants (alumni, young professionals). UNL offers the tools for the providers to look for human resources that adjust to their profiles and needs.
Through First Job Program, UNL promotes employability amongst students and graduates. Additionally, it offers a consultancy service targeted to enterprises and institutions that are looking for human resources and want to hire students by doing internships. For these purposes, we launched an employment system which’s information is channelled through UNL’s Job Portal (www.unl.edu.ar/test/wp-unl/empleo).
On this platform, job alerts are published by enterprises and institutions, so that graduates and students can apply and upload their Curriculum Vitae (resume). On the other side, the enterprises can ask for specific job searches, related to the academic profiles that UNL’s students have, getting profesional advice on the management and human resources selection. This is a free of charge service.
